Policies

Please note: My appointments are in high demand and I am booked out months in advance, where I work part time at Chloe's salon. Therefore, please get in contact as early as possible.

- If you are late to your appointment, the treatment price remains. However I will work until the time is done. Don’t eat into your treatment time

- Communication is key and certain circumstances can be flexible. No communication or No Shows will not be booked in again.

- Reschedule or Cancel requires a 48hr notice . Anything within 48 hours will be charged with a £15 cancellation fee.

- Patch Tests are performed 48hrs before your first appointment. It is required if you have never had extensions before. If you choose not to have a Patch test. The technician is not held liable for any reactions to the adhesive.

- Once the set is completed there are strictly no refunds under any circumstance. Do not leave the appointment until you are 100% satisfied with the work. Any issues afterwards I will be happy to work out with you, depending on the issue, there may be an extra charge.

Very natural look with individual lashes.

Not recommended for people with few lashes.
Likely to last 2 weeks if taken care of

Hybrid Eyelash extensions

Likely to last 2-3 weeks if taken care of.
Hybrids are that little bit more than classics but that little bit less than Russians

Russian Eyelash Extensions

£55 - £65

Choose how big and how many hand made fans you would like to differentiate between a natural Russian set or a Mega Russian set.
Likely to last 4 - 6 weeks if properly looked after

Eyebrow Tint & Wax

Weekend Appointment

£10

Applies to any time on a weekend.

I always fit my clients in so this is a rare scenario. So if you cannot make my times then there will be a £10 fee to open the salon for your appointment.
